Production Process

We design and manufacture machinery to order, so all our products are fully adapted to the needs and requirements of each customer.

Our production process begins with the reception of materials for the construction of the machinery. These parts and construction materials are thoroughly tested to ensure that they meet Treico’s requirements and quality standards. They are then sorted and stored in optimal conditions.

Once the order for new machinery has been received, the cutting, turning and bending process begins, following the indications, plans and measurements made by our technical department, which supervises the whole process. These parts are manufactured using high-precision machinery and robots: laser cutting systems, machining centers, state-of-the-art numerical control lathes and numerical control press brakes.

The next stage of the process begins with assembly and welding, leaving the machinery ready for surface treatment and application of the various finishes. This phase is carried out with high-precision welding robots and welding officers certified to perform this work.

The sandblasting and painting booths are equipped with the most advanced systems for the protection of workers and the environment: filters, vacuum systems, automatic waste collection…

Cleaning with sand leaves the surface prepared for the perfect adherence of the paint, avoiding oxidation and degradation of the material. Everything is painted according to the RAL color indicated by the customer.

This process gives our products an unbeatable finish.

Before leaving our workshops, all machines are checked and tested to confirm that they comply with legal, safety and quality requirements. Our customers receive only the best from us.

The assembly and technical assistance teams perform on-site installation, ensuring the correct operation and start-up of all our products.

our products are fully adapted to the needs and requirements of each customer.

Quality Certification

In April 2002, Treico obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification from Bureau Veritas Certification for our Integrated Quality Management System for our Puente Genil (Córdoba) plant.

The scope of certification covers the design, development, production and installation of conveyor belts, continuous handling equipment, storage equipment and spare parts.

Our assemblers are qualified and equipped to meet the strictest safety standards for assembly. (Assembly safety plan)

Environmental and quality policies based on our commitment to the preservation of the environment

Environmental
Commitment

Treico is fully convinced that contributing to the environment through sustainable development is a way to improve humanity. For this reason, we promote an environmental and quality policy plan based on a commitment to preserve the environment and prevent pollution through the efficient use of our resources and materials.

In order to achieve these objectives, we have implemented several actions and methods of action:

Reduction and control of air pollution

Comply with the legislation related to atmospheric emissions, carrying out the required periodic controls and thus complying with RD-117/2003.

Improved waste management

Specific preparation of the area for the storage of toxic hazardous waste (TSW).

This conditioning protects the waste from adverse weather conditions. Inside the area, retention basins are installed to prevent possible incidents due to leaks or spills, ensuring the protection of the floor against leaks. All municipal solid waste (MSW) and TPR generated by the organization will be delivered to managers authorized by the administration.

Optimization of natural resource consumption

Reduction of electricity and paper consumption, always in relation to production, addressing those environmental aspects that are significant or have the potential to be significant. To achieve this, we will seek, on the one hand, to digitize as many records as possible, revising the system’s operating procedures so that the archive gradually evolves towards a completely digital format; and, on the other, to promote the efficient use of energy among personnel, through actions such as turning off electrical equipment and lights when not in use and keeping doors and windows closed when the air conditioning or heating systems are operating.

Environmental training

At Treico, we train and motivate our employees through courses and workshops on environmental issues.
