Conveyor Belts

The conveyor belt support system is composed of a lattice structure made up of four 1″ tube beams, braced by 3/4″ tubes, forming a box beam with a 400 mm cant.
The roller system includes lightweight roller stations with a diameter of Ø60 mm and a shaft of Ø12 mm, arranged in “V” or “Trough” configurations.
The drive unit consists of a cage or cylindrical drum made of sheet metal covered with grooved rubber, depending on the type of drive required. This drum features taper to ensure the self-centering of the belt. The transmission system is carried out by means of a pendulum reducer set on the drum shaft, accompanied by V-belts and a three-phase electric motor.
